Sarahna Cats of Pennsylvania

 Welcome to Sarahna Cats, home of beautiful Siamese and Balinese cats. We are a small Pennsylvania cattery dedicated to providing top-quality kittens of excellent health and temperament to discriminating homes.

Our breeding program is designed to produce healthy cats across the spectrum of registered purebred Siamese: the modern 'wedgehead' Siamese; a 'classic' style of Siamese that is not extreme in either direction; and the beloved traditional applehead type Siamese that many recall growing up with. 

Our cattery is registered with the Cat Fanciers' Association (CFA) and the Cat Fanciers' Federation (CFF) and our cats and kittens are all registered. We are located in western Pennsylvania, close to Pittsburgh, PA and Youngstown OH, and within two hours of Cleveland and Buffalo.

 We believe that the Siamese and related breeds are, simply, the most beautiful, intelligent, affectionate and elegant cats available! Their devoted, dog-like personalities make them superb companions.  Our goal is to promote and perpetuate these breeds and to provide others with the enjoyment of welcoming one of these cats into their family. Although we are chiefly a traditional and classic style cattery, we do have a stunning modern breeding pair with impeccable bloodlines, and on occasion have modern-style kittens available to select  pet homes.

All of our cats have tested negative for FeLV, FIV, Giardia, and parasites. They have all necessary immunizations and are regularly examined by our veterinarians. They are fed a super-premium low-carbohydrate diet for optimal health.

 Our goal is to breed companion cats that will live long, healthy lives as loving, intelligent, personable members of their human families. We know how heartbreaking it is to lose a feline friend; our aim is to provide a constitutionally strong cat who will thrive with a good diet and environment, and delight his or her adoptive family for many years. 

 Our kittens go to their adoptive homes having been vet-checked, with their first three-way vaccinations and deworming, and with a Kitten Kit of food samples, litter, and a toy. They have been extensively socialized to both cats and humans so that they are eager to bond with and love their new family. 

 Our kittens are priced moderately for purebred, registered Siamese and Balinese. Registration with the CFA means that each cat has a minimum of eight generations of purebred ancestors documented. Our cats have bloodlines that reach back much farther than the minimum required. This gives assurance to an adoptive family that the cat is what it is represented to be, and not the product of a backyard breeding operation or a line springing from undocumented foundation cats. Siamese cats are one of the four original domesticated cat breeds and have a lineage stretching back literally hundreds of years. In selecting a companion from this proud heritage, you will join those who over the centuries have enjoyed this relationship between humans and Siamese. Our goal is to protect and promote that continuing relationship through the careful perpetuation of this remarkable breed.
